When you use https://payall.com or any related services, tools and other applications (collectively referred to as, the "Site"), you are contracting with Payall Payment Systems, Inc, 1111 Lincoln Road, Suite 500 Miami Beach, FL 33139 as a data controller of your personal data. By accessing, browsing and using the Site, you expressly consent to our collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information (any information that can be used to directly or indirectly uniquely identify, contact or locate you as a private individual) as described in this Privacy Policy. Your use of the Site is also governed by the Payall User Service Agreement specific to the Service you have enrolled for and Terms of Use. Do not use the Site if you do not agree to these terms.

In case you disclose any personal information regarding any third person (e.g., your employee, management board member, co-worker, contracting party, etc.) to us, you confirm that you are authorized to provide such information.
