Chuck Hutchison to Lead Tech at Payall Payment Systems, the First Bank Processor for Cross-Border Payments

Leading payments and banktech expert will guide architecture and engineering as Payall enables financial institutions to move money globally, safely, and at the speed of data.

Miami, FL - As Payall Payment Systems continues to grow and expand its technology capabilities, payment tech guru Chuck Hutchison has joined the company as Chief Architect. Hutchison has an extensive background in leading innovations in payments technology, having most recently served as chief architect for digital payments network Zelle™.

Gary Palmer, founder and CEO of Payall, noted that Hutchison is a welcome addition to Payall’s executive team. “Chuck’s impressive history of leading global payment innovations at world-class banks, financial institutions such as American Express, tech companies, and most recently at Early Warning Systems is remarkable. As the first-ever cross-border processor for banks, we’re breaking new ground and thrilled to have Chuck driving our technology,” he stated.

At Early Warning Systems, Hutchison led the design of the Zelle™ digital payment network, which has become a major disrupter in banking and the payments industry. He looks forward to doing that and more as he joins Palmer and his team at Payall in realizing their ambitious mission. He noted, “Gary’s been pioneering payment innovations with banks for more than 20 years. I’m excited to help him transform a critical cog in the global economy and solve a complex problem the banking industry has struggled with for 50 years.”

Payall, the first-ever bank processor for cross-border payments, has a vision to enable banks to move money globally, securely, and at the speed of data in ways that delight both the financially savvy and the unbanked. Payall aims to provide banks worldwide with technology and services that prevent illicit cross-border payments while allowing their customers to pay anyone, anywhere efficiently and instantly.

Built for financial institutions to power their cross-border payments, Payall’s global, single shared platform is similar to architecture used by many central banks, but it includes several highly specialized, unique capabilities, such as:

  • Robust, dynamic, end-to-end compliance automation
  • Results-based, proprietary risk capabilities
  • Modern digital engagement tools for payers and recipients
  • Turn-key, white-label web services with single sign-on capability
  • Other innovations, including “new rails” for cross-border payments.

Payall’s revolutionary software makes high-risk cross-border payments even safer than domestic payments. Moreover, it enables instant cross-border payments at a fraction of the typical cost and offers users – including the unbanked – multiple appealing options for receiving and managing money from a cross-border payment.
